  • Account Management

      • All Users must use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose.
    • Prohibited Activities:

        • Post or share content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
        • Engage in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts, listings, or reviews, or misrepresenting product details.
        • Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
        • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other Users or third parties.
        • Use the Platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or trafficking.
        • Create Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scripts) to manipulate Platform features, such as artificially inflating views, likes, or sales.
        • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality, security, or infrastructure.
        • Engage in spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
    • Content Moderation and Enforcement:
      • The Company reserves the right to monitor User activities and content to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

  • Content and Intellectual Property

      • Self-Delivery: Sellers handle their own shipping, including packaging, insurance, and delivery logistics. Sellers must provide Buyers with tracking information and ensure timely delivery.
      • Tribe Delivery: The Company coordinates logistics through third-party providers. Sellers remain responsible for proper packaging, while the Company provides estimated delivery timelines and tracking details.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Sellers: For Self-Delivery, Sellers bear full liability for loss, damage, or delays during transit and must maintain adequate insurance coverage. For Tribe Delivery, Sellers must comply with packaging guidelines provided by the Company.
      • Buyers: Must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses and be available to receive shipments. The Company is not responsible for failed deliveries due to Buyer errors (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability).
    • International Shipping:
      • For cross-border transactions, Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their jurisdiction. Sellers must ensure compliance with export regulations.
    • Delivery Disputes:

  • Promotions and Advertising
